hi every1,

i want to ask sumthing. My father in law who is a permanent resident and lives in winnipeg, manitoba, canada wants to sponsor me but I am confused in what category do I fall, because as I read the guidelines under family support stream, your relative who wants to sponsor you under mpnp must your first degree relative. my wife also holds PR card but not living in Canada, so she cant sponsor me. so thats why my father in law wants to sponsor me.
..can anyone help me to decide where do I file my application if family support or general stream? Thanks a lot!!

You will fall under GENERAL STREAM......need IELTS.

You still fall under FS, Your father in law is considered your parent under marriage, hence first degree relation. In our case our sponsor is my wife's cousin but I am the principal applicant and we ar under FS category.

If anyone on this blog has questions for filing the documents to CIO, I am ready to help because i have been passed through this stage and i know how difficult is it to wait.

Am a newbies here, have just receive my MPNP LOA on Tuesday, am currently in a PGWP in Canada. I need help gathering my document to CIO. Will need help with some question i want to ask :

1) FUNDS IN CANADIAN DOLLAR : I applied for my provincial nominee through the international student stream with not up to $10,000 and i was approved because am currently working with an employer, i will like to ask if it compulsory to have $10,000 in account of the applicant no matter the stream ?

2) Language proficiency : In the CIC website they said that people who has been in Canada and applied before July 2012 and got nominated by July 2013 may not complete the language proficiency assessment, but my current occupation fall on NOC class C ?

Can some please help me out on those above mentioned issues ?

Congratulation Malisa, when did you applied and what VO do you chose on you intial PR application. Am in Canada so i dont knw the BEST VO to choose.

Hello,

I got AINP approval based on Employer driven stream for skilled worker. I already applied for PR before 1 month. My employer got acquired by another company based in USA and created subsidiary firm in Canada.

I` going to inform to AINP about this but is there any specific form or documents I need to submit? Is there any consequences to my AINP or PR Process?
I also need to extend my workpermit based on AINP approval will there be any problem?

Can you please share your timelines here. I am also working on PGWP in manitoba and have applied for MPNP (online application) on 26 april 2012. No reply since then.

Change the format of cells in column D and E to "Time" then your function days360 is working and give us a exsect days.

thanks for the input i have confirmed its working fine. Please can you tell which value you found is wrong. Will fix it accordingly.

Regarding your second input for sorting it based on the AOR Date yes its doable but from applicant point of view the tracking starts when we apply for the application. Once we have all applicants AOR then we can change the sorting order.
