09 May 2013 - Medical submitted by SLMC to CEM

05 June 2013 - Recieved email from CEM asking additional documents (Personal history & police clearances of Malaysia & Singapore)
17 June 2013 - Personal history submitted to CEM
23 July 2013 - Malaysia police clearance certificate submitted to CEM
09 Aug 2013 - Singapore police clearance certificate submitted to CEM

What will be next?

March 29, 2013: Sponsor Interview
April 05, 2013: LOA sent via courier
APril 22, 2013: LOA recieved
June 15,2013: Permanent Resident Application sent at CIO via DHL
June 18, 2013: CIO recieved my Application
August 20,2013: CIO replied via email that they received my payment and my application was complete.

If u have some problems about maintaining the settlement funds in your bank account.Please let me know,I can recommend u to a certain visa consultancy agency(Philippines only),u will just pay the interest and the legal fees monthly.Just give me your email ad.

I have the same problem with u,can you share with me please if you got answers? I asked other members in the other thread,one said that there is box to be tick 'present" just a cm near the from -to but i cannot find it.

From and To question under Generic Application Form:
# 12 under spouse Current Country of Residence: from is okay and TO she is up to present working as OFW and the forms does not contain box to check containing PRESENT. therefore base of our conversation when she will be left her job overseas, and agree that she will be back home if the visa is okay and presumed to put December 2013. 4 months from now. it means if ypu put that date it will understood she is present working.
advise some people in the house if you agree.

I dont have problem about settlement fund because that is a MUST. My message to Rh3ia is the usage of credit card for visa payment as per her, card is fast and convenient for paying visa application. and I dont have credit limit or cash advance for a family of four. that's why I used demand draft.

Hi all pls help again,

For Schedule A: Background Declaration
Do I include my child 7 and 13 years old to complete the forms. because it stated here each dependent child over the age of 18 years will complete this form.

I tried not to include my 2 child. if validated i got a red alert on item 3 "How many Family members including you are in this application". I put 4 (Principal, spouse, and 2 children)

For supplementary Information (Your Travels)

Me (Principal Applicant) - Overseas employment since 2008 to 2010
Spouse - Overseas employment since 2004 up to present

Do we need to fill up that forms.
