MPNP Application 2012

Dear BK, thanks really I applied under the Economic Class of MPNP not General as corrected by U. And please I nid to know does this temporary Pause affect Economic Class of MPNP, I have read it countless times but I think I nid a second opinion. And please is my CIC office NS, where I submitted my documents. Thanks as I wait patiently for responses.

I have attached IELTS Academic Module ( 6.5 Bands )with the application under General Stream. Have'nt got AOR /LOA yet.

CIC is accepting only GT Tests as per the link. So should i appear for GT now because i have a time now to take this test because of processing of documents. I don't want to get worried after nomination due to all this.

I just read the link you posted (CIC's Document Checklist) . Regarding the Proof of Language proficiency (IELTS),it is stated that starting July 1, 2012 (today) - Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applicants in semi- or low-skilled professions that fall under NOC skill level C or D will need language testing.

If the NOC code has a "0" as the first digit it is a management occupation..
Therefore, it falls under NOC 0

Now for NOC A, B, C and D.. If the 1st digit is not zero, look at the 2nd digit.. This is how..

if the 2nd digit of your NOC code is 1 -- it is under NOC A

if the 2nd digit of your NOC code is 2 or 3 -- it is under NOC B

if the 2nd digit of your NOC code is 4 or 5 -- it is under NOC C

and if the 2nd digit of your NOC code is 6 -- it is under NOC D

My intended occupation is NURSE, which is NOC 3152, under NOC level A. Following the instructions, I am not required to submit IELTS. Under what level of NOC are you, Mr. Karambir?

I maybe right or wrong but as of the moment I will stick with what I read. If luckily, I will be given the LOA from MPNP, I will still submit my IELTS Academic type to Nova Scotia and if the Officer handling my application will still require me to submit the General type then, that's the time I will take it.

Any inputs will be of great help to me and Karambir. Thanks in advance.

Just a note there is no status changed on my end. Waiting for AOR..expecting that by end of July.

thanks biddukhan. Actually, I am not financially capable to avail such consultation services. But I am just confused to where should I submit my application if I am here in the Philippines and my sponsor has no plans yet to visit here.

Hello Mr. Biddukhan is right. There's no need to avail for consultation service.

Under what stream are you applying? If you are under General Stream, you have to complete all the documents needed and send it to you sponsors. They need to include the MAS Forms, notarized copies of healthcard, passport...... in your application package before submitting it to the MPNP Office. If you are under Family stream, it is advisable to do it online for faster processing.

Dear friends,

I'm a newbie here. I have some queries. I would appreciate if you could help on this. I submitted my docs last Oct. under General Stream. In Feb., 2012, my sponsors reveived all of my docs with a temporary File#. In the letter, they told us that we did not provide my sponsors' copy of PR card and we should provide all docs including this. Then we re-sumitted these materials in Feb. However, we received a letter with a new temporary File# today. This letter indicates we need to provide updated and notarized statement indicating history and balance for last three months.
My question is why they provide me two different File#. Does this mean my application was processing just from Feb. 2012????
