MPNP Application 2012

I just saw this on the thread. I am really worried since I have submitted my PR Visa application to CIO Nova Scotia last May 22, 2013 through DHL but until now I have not received confirmation from CIO that they got my docs. As per DHL tracking, it was received and signed for by certain Dexter. Am still waiting for the confirmation and I still don't know if it is thru email or snail mail.

I sent my application for MPNP last Nov 2012 then received the Letter of Approval last March 2013 (dated Feb 2013) through snail mail.

CIO will send you confirmation and notice of processing your application from their end via email. As per my timeline it was almost 2 months (55days to be exact) for me to have been notified...per others' experiences it took 3-4 months for them...Keep on praying and have faith !! God will bless you indeed..

YOu need not to submit your TOR and diploma. The CIC wont review it, It was already
done by the time you applied for PNP. Beside, its not stated in the checklist, therefore,
don't bother yourself for those documents. GBU

Another question please. Did you include the original of your MPNP Nomination Letter to CIO or the Copy?

OMG, in my case, I attached bank certificate coz I donno were to get reference for the amount required in form
though it wasn't stated in the checklist. Hope there will be no prob to that. Also, with regard to the Nomination
letter, the checklist require for a copy, but in the nomination letter itself, it stated there to submit the original copy,
so I submitted the original one. contradicting. huhuhu

i also attached the original LOA. Yes you are correct that it is kind of confusing for the contradicting remarks.

for the bank certificate, i also have the copy with me, but i didnot include it anymore.

I think CIO will be reasonable enough and would not invalidate your application just because you attached bank certificate. Cheer up! As to the Nomination letter, I also placed the original copy on top of our application and then attached a copy of it following the checklist. Better safe than sorry. That was way back February 2013 and now I am waiting for our passports to be returned with our PRVs.

If not, how do you know if they already encash it or not?

Yes, it is stated in the AOR or you may ask your bank perhaps they can trace if it is already encashed.

Yes, I paid it online using my aunt's credit card, printed out the receipt and included it in the docs I sent. More convenient to pay it all online.

congrats! what we need to do is to wait for our medical request. emperor or ad123 will update the tracksheet. keep healthy dear. you can check the status in ecas after 4-7days.... using the UCI number from the AOR you received. keep us posted for comparison. Thanks!
