I've sent my application today to the CIO through DHL. Do you think it will delay our processing, because we made the payment of PF online using my husband credit card, i fill out out the official receipt and I put my name at "the payer information" and enclose it at the envelope, but then again I also fill out the Fee payment form checking the credit card at the number 4 question and answering sections A and B. I think i just doubled our payment? Im from the Philippines by the way.

I dont think it should be an issue. I want to believe CIC will adopt one of the payment means. Either they accept the online payment receipt or they charge the credit card because you have gone ahead to filled the fee payment form.

The reason I expect CIC to return your application due to payment is when fee paid isn't sufficient but this isn't the case here.

Thanks, I've called DHL and put my papers on hold. Im browsing here first, maybe I've missed out other things. One thing that caught my attention is about IMM5669E. In the first box it says, " Indicate your full last name (surname/family name) as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document.

Second box, Indicate all of your given name(s) (first, second or more) as they appear on your passport, travel or identity document. Do not use initials"

So should I just leave the 3rd boc blank or put my middle name?
they should have just say indicate middle name. but if I'll follow the passport ID it should be:
Family Name:
Given NAme:
Middle NAme:

will it also applies with my parents information.

Regarding the online fee payment official receipt, is it correct that ive put my name in the payer information, even though i dont own the credit card. Thanks a lot

should I write:

1. Gonzaga 2. Celestine, Cruz

Gonzaga= Family name
Celestine= given name
Cruz= Middle Name

Kindly read through the forum where ad123164 had explained how to go about submitting evidence of online visa payment or wait for others to respond to your question.

Hi everyone. Just wanna ask when will they ask for the NBI clearance (Police Clearance). I have done my medicals already last week and submitted additional medical forms last Tuesday. Also I have paid for my RPRF.

They haven't asked me for my NBI clearance. Is this normal? Should I ask the VO?

Your doctor will send the mefical reports directly to visa office. Usually visa office request for medicals, but it would be written on your medical request, who is requesting.

are you a provincial nominee? I received the CIIP invite together with my request for medical on apr 2 while coa in may aftr medical. COA stands for Canadian Orientation Abroad, just like pdos bt funded by cic. CIIP is the gateway to manitoba start.
