Hello Everyone,

I have some queries please let me know if anyone has correct Answer:

Q:- These days Why VO takes much time to process the PR Application because before 29 December 2011 There were not any requirement to send the Application to Nova Scotia and VO used to finalized the Application with in 3-4 months and Now a days New Dehli VO take much time like 8,9,10 or 11 months after they receive permanent Resident Application. No body knows exact timeline.

The essence of sending application for PNP/FSW to Nova Scotia as against the VO directly is to ensure that the final application that gets to the VO is complete so as to ensure speedy processing but some VO as still lagging behind in terms of processing time e.g. New Delhi, London, CPP-O, etc. I hope God will favour us all in order for our application to be processed speedily.

Q:- What is the Background checks Can Anyone let me know when its done how do they perform? and what sort of checks will be I mean Criminal, Eligibilty,or Anything etc And please reply Do Backgrounds checks is mandatory for every Application please reply.

In a nutshell, to ensure you meet the academic, security and criminality condition before being allowed to Canada. This ensure that people who pose a risk to the system is prevented from coming into Canada

Thanks

;D got a call from manitoba today..... its was a real interview. spoke for like 7mins , just to know more about my employment history, and also about my relative in canada. my sponsor and employer also received a call today too. praying for LOA as soon as possible.

i applied as GS applicant ... since last year march, in which i was also told to sumbit my IELTS before sept after my application had been sent.

praying for positive response. my advise to everyone expecting a call , keep your phone by your side always cos your calls are coming soon. :P

PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW what next after the LOA? and i also hope i wouldnt be submitting another bank statement when applying to CIC, cos things are changing in this canadian immigration....

please kindly guard me thru ...

hopeful :D

Congratulation. This is nice to hear that GS applicants are being interviewed. My only concern is that your employer also was interviewed.

Would they ask such question like:

MPNP: Is it true that switchlanes works in this company?
MPNP: Are you are aware that he/she is immigrating to Manitoba? :o :o :o

I hope this does not affect your current employment while awaiting your LOA and ultimately the PR visa and also provide the full dates of your application so as to include in the track sheet.

hello everyone i have done with my medical and already paid my rprf. i am wondering what comes after? and how long will i wait to get a reply from the embassy. I am a MPNP applicant family stream residing in the philippines. pls help me with this.,

Good for you. You are almost at the passport request (PPR) stage and fortunately for your manilla VO is one of the fastest VO. Average of between 2-3 months time, you should get the PPR and could be earlier.

Hi,

Kindly please answer my query. Is there any filipino applicant here who was requested by the Visa office Manila to submit a personal history? Is there any form sent by the visa office to accomplish this?

You may want to post this in the Filipino thread or send Tweety a PM about this.
