Track sheet updated.

Hello All,

Just want to know your views as to the right date to report under the LOA column in the track sheet. Should it be the date of issuance of the letter or the date of receipt. In my own case it was issued on 30 September 2012 but received on the 19 November 2012.

Will appreciate your thought concerning this and if need be we need to update that section all over base on the outcome of whatever we agree.

Looking at rowdy_jatt case, his was issued on 12 Mar 2013 but received on 30 Mar 2013 and looking at the date of sponsor's interview (7 Mar 2013) to issued date, it took just 5 days. So we need to adopt a standard.

Hello everyone :)

I believe what I entered before are the dates indicated in the letter of AOR & LOA and not the date when it was received by the applicant. In my opinion, it is better to track the actual processing time of MPNP excluding the transit time of the letters.

This is only my view and the opinions of many should be recognized and implemented.

Hello Tweety,

Trust you had a pleasant Easter break. I suggest we adopt the date the LOA was issued as it helps track the efficiently of the MPNP in processing the nomination.

The date the applicant gets his or her LOA, is dependent on several factors - mailing address, postal system efficiency in the location of applicants, other delays which can be outside the control of MPNP, etc.

I would suggest that all applicants that have received LOA, should review the date reported under their LOA and notify me for correction where it is different from the issuance date as contained in their letter of acceptance (LOA).

Regards.

Aye, it should be the LOA date! Mine is entered correctly in the tracking sheet, Feb. 25, 2013.

What additional document did you submit on the 25 March 2013.

Dear Emperor,

The additional documents I submitted include the following:
1) Redeployment Letter (I was redeployed from one location to another by my employer)
2) Renewed contract of employment letter from my employer with effect from 1st January, 2013

My sponsor informed me to e-mail MPNP on this.

Hey Reyvico
I would say stick to your current employer till this process ends. In immigration process it is crucial to have employment as there are point to be calculated for your work experience. Even if you have more than 4 years experience you must be working in company during this process. Moreover if you change the company then notify CIC for your changed employment. It is wise to be in job during this process.

God bless you.
