Online applications get instant AOR/file number and a few days after the request to your sponsor for SP2. BTW, being "close" to your uncle does not refer to PERSONAL relationship but rather on BLOOD relationship. Just a reminder, you have to complete your online application within 90 days from the log-in date.

Will there be any positve affect if i indicate more relatives in the application? I have 4 uncles and aunts in winnipeg and they are all going and willingto give SP2's for me. I am really not confident for the grade that i get from the point system in mpnp under GS that is why i am thinking and hoping if i would fall under the family category.

You can indicate the names of your relative living in Manitoba but ultimately you just need 1 supporter to endorse the SP . May i know, if you have an uncle or aunt (the sister or brother of your parents in Manitoba?) or your cousins? (first degree). If you have one, then you will be able to apply under FS. In case, your doubtful about GS, you can apply under exploratory visit (strategic stream). ;D

It's better to surf the website above to have an in-depth knowledge about the difference between the two streams but the MAIN advantage of applying under FS because it is a PRIORITY Stream and much faster processing than GS.

Some Questionss

Can somebody please answer my queries ... i am too confused...

1) First of all I wanted to know if i would be allowed to show GOLD in my Net Worth? And if I am, then how is it shown...? Sale receipts or evaluation certificate or sumthing??

2) I have two brothers residing in Canada ... one in Manitoba and other in Ontario Does this fact weaken my case? ... In my settlement Plan, How am i supposed to assure them that I will be staying in Manitoba ...

3) Also I am planning to get Married soon ... If I apply for Nomination before marriage and after getting the nomination when i apply for Visa ... would I be able to Include my spouse or would there be a problem? ... If YES ... Then, How long will I have to wait after landing there, before applying for my Spouse???

Would advise you stick to the General Stream or Family Stream. One key requirement of the exploratory visit (strategic initiative stream) is that you have no connection to a friend and or family in Manitoba/Canada.

Since you have you have you would be declined acceptance through this route.

1- i dnt have any idea abt it.
2- its not at all a prblm if ur one bro is living in manitoba and the other one in ontario. Your bro living in manitoba is going to sponsor u, he will arrange the necessary docs. You dont have to do anything spcl. It will not affect ur application at all. Dnt wry.
3- definitly u can. The case was same with me. I also got mrd aftr nomination and we faced no prblm at all. the visa ofcr didnt ask me a single question regarding this in my interview. so dnt think too much abt it.. Jst go for it
