Hi there,

I also want to apply in MPNP. I need your help guys. I have a few queries:

1) I don't have any relative in Manitoba, I have some close friends there, can I still apply in MPNP?

2) How many supporting letters are needed to apply?

3) How to apply online (new procedure) for MPNP?

These are my answer to your questions:

1) I don't have any relative in Manitoba, I have some close friends there, can I still apply in MPNP?
You can apply with 2 friends as your sponsors. So, the answer is YES.
2) How many supporting letters are needed to apply?
Supporting Documents (MAS Form) for each of your sponsors.
3) How to apply online (new procedure) for MPNP?
Your application will fall under General Stream which is not allowed to apply online. Online application is only for Family Stream, if your sponsor is an
immediate family member (brother, sister, first cousin, uncle and auntie who is your parent's brother or sister)

For xdma, balkaran and carlpogi, is there any updates about your AOR? As per the tracking sheets, those who applied on December 2011 and January 2012 already received their AORs except for the three of you. Please do update us with your timeline.

Signature of Witness Could be one person for both Principal Applicant and Spouse ? Or there should be Two different persons as witnesses for both Principal Applicant and Spouse ? Plz help..

Moreover Is there need to attach ID CARD copy of witness with application form ?

one Witness is enough for both...and there is no need of ID CARD of witness

As per the checklist for MAS Form of MPNP Family Stream,
-one original form completed and signed by a close relative in Manitoba (MAS PArt1)
-include documents showing your relationship, such as birth or marriage certificate
-signatory must have been a resident of Manitoba for at least one year and must provide proof of same
-a copy of both sides of their Manitoba Health Card and copy of their Canadian passport, citizenship or
permanent resident card
-the MAS Form must be witnessed by Manitoba notary public or commissioner of oaths.

Hi, are you going to apply under Family Stream, if so, I suggest that you apply online because it is process faster than mail applications. Check on the given link below:

But if you are under General Stream then you have to use the MPNP Application Kit and send it by mail or thru your friends or relatives in Manitoba.

Have you studied English/French as a foreign language or as a second language? If i select option Yes Then which figure will come in "Hours of Instructions" ? How hours of instructions will count ? Will there be any evidance required to prove "Hour of Instructions" ?
