Also, I did not see any green sticker along with the LOA. Is it something that they missed.

It's not a document that you need to submit upon application to CIO but hey may ask it later while processing your application. Provide what is only asked or required in the document checklist.

You should have provided by MPNP with the green sticker, and as far as I can remember the words printed are "MANITOBA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE". This will alert the officer receiving your application that you are a provincial nominee but I think this will not be a big problem since they will know the type of your application once they opened your package.

Hello

Check in CIC's website if your generic form or other forms are updated. If it is and there's no changes in your information then you can re-print it but change the date to the date you signed the form/s.

Yes, provide them the 2 self-addressed MAILING LABELS not envelope. Print your name and address in 2 sticker paper.

I placed it in the V-shape opening of the brown envelope. It serves as a seal.

There is no required size, what I did is to make the labels bigger than the size from MPNP's mailing labels. I doubled the size.

Hi guys,
Just want to inquire if anybody here experienced paying processing fee using two credit cards? I have two credit cards and since the credit limit is not enough to suffice the required amount to be paid for processing fee, I am planning to divide it to two credit cards. One is amounting to CAD1100 and the other one is CAD150.
Please help.
