My sponsor got interview last October 19, 2012. Until now I dont have my LOA yet

Im new here in this forum, can you please help me to what should I do regarding my LOA?
My sponsor got interview last October 19, 2012. Until now I dont have my LOA yet
My mailing address is here in the Philippines.

Or... You ask your sponsor to call MPNP. Don't forget to give your sponsor your File#. Tell your sponsor that you're afraid that the mail got lost/damaged due to recent floods in Manila.

Hi all,

I came accross below three doubts while filling the forms.

1) Regarding PCC(police clearance certi)
Currently I am residing at my present adddress from June 2008(4.5 years). So, I have applied for PCC from this place.
But my permanent address is different i mean which is in my passport.
Now my question is do I need to take PCC from two places? permanent one and present one???? or from only permanent or only present???
what is the prcedure for this. It is no where mentioned in any document.


2) Regarding photographs to be sent to CIC.
I am single now. I have to send 6 photographs of mine. Along with that do I need to send photographs of my father, mother and brother/sister????
Where is it mentioned regarding this? I have read that I need to submit photos of my family. what does family mean? weather accompaning or not??
Do i need to send photos on matt paper or simple ones??


3) Do i need to submit documents related to settlement funds now? Is it required to send employment or education certificates. I think it is NO.
Please confirm on this also.

Yours case is same like mine......just mail mpnp and write them, after interview u have not received any decision letter from their side.......and also write in ur e mail, "to mail the decision letter to ur sponsor,s mailing address in canada. I m sure u ll get ur letter with in seven days, Provide if they already issued.......

1 as ur mailing address is different from the passport address, it is best for u to apply PCC at your district SSP office. never apply through Passport office, because passport office also send your verification to ur local ssp office.so its lengthy process.

2 ur family members are only ur dependent family members. as u are single. u have to send only ur own photographs. and dont wory about paper quality, simple photo should be developed from Lab not printed from color printer with 75% face,white background is oK.

3 just follow only checklist step by step....... never send excess documents......

Mr Gill , Many congrats To you for receiving your LOA . Please confirm did you get this by ordinary mail or through registered post ?. As per your timeline you received your LOA in 12 days in India . My sponsor was also interviewed on 26 dec so as per your timeline I can expect it in another ten days .

I received my LOA on 07-Jul-2012.

My application was filed in Oct 2011. It took me 9 months in total including sponsor interview.
