BTW, Congrats!!! For sure, LOA is coming soon. Do you happen to know what questions were asked to your uncle for the benefit of other members?

QUESTIONS ASKED:
1. Name of applicant's dependents and parents
2. How are we related?
3. Principal applicant's and spouse current job and previous jobs
4. Job of my sponsor(uncle), his wife and their children
5. Is it ok for their children to accomodate us?
6. how they will help us to settle in Canada
7. educational background of applicant and spouse

This is as far as I know...
1. Yes, you have to get police certificate in UAE. Try to surf the Philippine consulate's or embassy's website to get info on how to get police certificate. However, you should NOT DELAY submitting your federal application if the certificate is not available yet. You can submit it at a later date, if requested.
2. Declare your new dependent after having the proper document i.e. Report of Birth/ Child Born Abroad of Filipino Parent or Parents.

Thanks for the info..

I applied online and might not have the correct information. You can ask Tweety or others who have applied by mail. But as far as I know and what I have read, you should handle the supporting documents as follows:

1. Birth & Marriage Cetrificates: Submit as it is; as these documents are already certified true copies of the original and certified by an authorized government official.
2. Diploma & Transcript: Submit copies certified by a Notary Public
3. Professional License: Submit a copy certified by a Notary Public

In general, those documents which the originals cannot be submitted should be certified by a Notary Public that he has seen the originals and attest that the copies are reproduction of the originals.
Wait for the replies of the others who have first-hand experience...much better.

Yes this is correct. We need to submit all NOTARIZED copies of documents. We need not submit any originals.

If your documents are already AUTHENTICATED by DFA, I think there is no need to have it NOTARIZED because the authenticity of the documents is already CERTIFIED by DFA.

i have question regarding filling the CIC forms. I am applying for MPNP but still need to fill the CIC forms. There are some places in the form where it says that "DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION. You may be asked to sign in the presence of the representative"

Should i leave that section blank and send the form to MPNP. Will the form still be considered complete from the MPNP officials??

Anybody knows the office hours of MPNP???

In schedule 4 form there is a section which asks the applicant that "which province has nominated you".?
I am applying for MPNP and haven't got nomination so should i leave that column or write Manitoba as i am applying for it.??
