The request for SP2 will be sent to your cousin's email. There is an instruction in that said email where to send the completed SP2.

Dear Friends,

Want to ask some things. I am a MPNP applicant with my spouse. Now my close relative who signed my Affidavit of Support (in the beginning) also wants to apply for another person's application. (which means two applications under process from one Citizen of Canada) My question is that can a person (Canadian Citizen) apply for more than one applications at a time. Can it affect my case or not. And is it a wise idea to apply two applications at a time.

Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Thanks.

Hello :)

Before, it is allowed to sponsor applicants at the same time but now, not anymore. Sponsoring applicants should only be one at a time and when this sponsored applicant is already settled in Canada.

Even early this year, I emailed MPNP asking if my cousin, who sponsored her 2 brothers early last year, can still sponsor me but they advised to wait for my 2 other cousins to be settled in Manitoba or to look for other people who are willing to sponsor me as both of my cousins had just started the PRV application. Luckily, I have 2 aunties, my father's first cousin, who offered me the sponsorship.

To those who have submitted CIC application:

1. In filling-up the forms, do I need to put my MIDDLE NAME?
2. What is the "Proof of full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court"? What kind of document should be attached as "proof"???

Hello :)

1. There is no box/space alloted for our MIDDLE NAME. What I did, to make sure I supplied them with complete information, I wrote it in the additional box under the FIRST NAME box, with open and close parenthesis after my middle name indicating that it is my MIDDLE NAME.
2. I have no idea about this but if were in your case, i would think of requesting certification stating that you are in full custody of the child and they can be removed from the jurisdiction of the court. I believe this is applicable for people with ongoing legal case concerning child's custody.

Hi ad123164,
I applied under Family Stream. My timeline is not yet included. For me, just wait for the additional docs request, that's what we did. but you could also ask other members just to be sure. The email address is mpnpsupporter @ gov.mb.ca which is indicated in their email.
God Bless.

Nantzlei, your timeline has been added :)

When did you submit your updated COE?

Hi guys,

Is there any format for letter of reference that have to be submitted to MPNP?
Please help.
Thanks

There is actually no required format as long as important details indicated in MPNP kit are included.

To members who recently submitted application to CIC:

Kindly advise if my understanding is correct... For birth and marriage certificates: As it is, as received from NSO will be the ones to be submitted because they are already "certified true copies of the original". There is no need to photocopy and notarized.

With my previous posts with same concern, I always advised to let their photocopied docs notarized for peace of mind. Anyway, photocopied docs are lesser in CIC application than in MPNP application. But if you plan to submit the original BC and MC, submit it as is. That is what I did.

Hi! My sponsor is my First Cousin (Her father is my mother's elder brother). In the Birth Certificate window for the relative/sponsor in the MPNP online application, should I also attach the Birth Cert of my uncle & my mother for proof of my relation to my cousin?

Thank you. :)

I applied by mail but with regards to your question, I believe that submit all certificates that will prove your relationship with your sponsor. Like what you said, BC of your mom and uncle, as well as the BC of your cousin showing your uncle's name and your BC showing your mother's name. You can also include MC of the parents of your mother and uncle showing that they are siblings. Even if I applied under GS, I supplied them with those reqs as my sponsors are my father's first cousins. I also provided them AFFIDAVIT OF RELATIONSHIP.

Yes, you are right sponsorship is one at a time.

You can apply under STRATEGIC INITIATIVE, Exploratory Visit. Try to open MPNP website and read about it to fully understand the stream. Or you may also apply through FSW Federal Skilled Worker) route which will re-open this coming January.

EMPEROR:

I already updated your timeline. Sorry for the late response ;)

Good luck on your CIC application. God bless us all

Good news!

My sponsor's friend who is working in MPNP told her that they are working double-time to review and assess ALL the 2012 applications before the year-end! It looks like it's true.
A few days back, I've learned that Olusheg's application dated 16th Aug. is already reviewed. Today, Nantzlei who applied on Sep. 20 is being requested for additional employment docs. Really this TRACKING SHEET is a very helpful tool in chilling-out anxious applicants who are craving for any movement/development of their application. Kudos Tweety, et. al!

Wow that's definitely a good news! Hopefully my sponsor will be interviewed this month.
Happy waiting everyone!
