Dear Friends,

Want to ask some things. I am a MPNP applicant with my spouse. Now my close relative who signed my Affidavit of Support (in the beginning) also wants to apply for another person's application. (which means two applications under process from one Citizen of Canada) My question is that can a person (Canadian Citizen) apply for more than one applications at a time. Can it affect my case or not. And is it a wise idea to apply two applications at a time.

I know someone who has sponsored two different people at the same time. That was the General Stream program with two distant relatives signing the affidavit of support.

I remember reading somewhere that an MPNP supporter can endorse three (3) applicants AT THE SAME TIME but unfortunately I can't locate it right now. If I find it, I'll surely give you the link.

To those who have submitted CIC application:

1. In filling-up the forms, do I need to put my MIDDLE NAME?
2. What is the "Proof of full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court"? What kind of document should be attached as "proof"???

I also applied online and attached my COE without duties and responsibilities last September 20. And last November 29, MPNP emailed and asked my updated COE with duties and responsibilities. I am now requesting from our HR Department to provide me one. So I think it's ok, but expect that they will ask additional docs later.

Under what stream did you apply? I have checked the tracking sheet and did not find your timelines. They have requested SP2 before as additional docs. Actually, what I want to know is whether I can send the subject doc. without any request from them. BTW, what MPNP email address will you use in sending that doc.?

I applied under Family Stream. My timeline is not yet included. For me, just wait for the additional docs request, that's what we did. but you could also ask other members just to be sure. The email address is mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca which is indicated in their email.

They asked that only last November 29. I submitted online last September 20.

Hi everyone, my sponsor sent a message to me informing that she was interviewed by MPNP officer last Wednesday November 28,2012 9:OOam Canada time. I am quite anxious since she claimed that she is not happy with her answers because she was'nt able to answer some questions right away. She said she got so nervous during the interview that it took her more than 10 seconds to answer the name of my spouse when she was asked if she know the name of my husband, besides she got the call while at work. She just rushed to the wash room to take the call.

here are some of other questions been asked that she can recall:
1.)For how long did she (referring to me) work as a nurse?
Her answer: Hmmm, I think more than 3 yrs. (she sounded not very sure. In my employment record it was stated march 2007 up to the present)

2.) Did she have any children?
3.)Can you explain how are you related with each other.
4.) What is her current work?
Her Answer: She is currently not working. (This is my greatest concern, She didnt even know why she answered I'm not working.I just told her the last time we talked that I'm on leave.But it wasnt clear to her. Maybe she thought that I quit my job. But I'm still working as a clinic nurse).
Follow up question...

5.) What are the reasons why she quit her job?
Her answer: Her workplace is quite far from home. and she decided to start a business. (She just invented answers just to justify her answer that I stop working. (Oh my, how about if they'll google map? the address of my workplace stated on my application it is just within the city where I reside)

6.) Do you have other relatives or her husband in other provinces/cities in Canada?
Answer: None

7.) so are you still interested to sponsor them?
Answer: of course yes. in fact i am so excited to meet them here pretty soon.

Now, there are a lot of questions in my mind because of this sponsor interview. Is it possible that they will call me too for an interview ? What will I answer if they'll ask me of my present job and why I quit work? Will I answer what is true or the same as my aunt's answer in order to be our answer to coincide?

Is anybody here, or somebody here has an experience or idea if employers have been called for an interview too? I'm praying hard that they will not call my employer anymore I'm afraid, what if they'll call my employer and asked if I'm still working with them and my employer will tell them that I'm still in there company? Do you think it will create problem or reason for me to be refused on my application? Do I need to tell my employer that in case they'll call they will just say that I'm not with them anymore? I'm so confuse and bothered :-[

Please give me insights on these. Can't hardly eat and sleep because I'm waiting for a call from them too. Which I pray that they wont.

Are you under General Stream? If you are under GS then I believe there is big possibility that you will be interviewed as well, like what happened to our dear Tweety05. However, I haven't read anything about an employer that has been interviewed by an immigration officer. I believe you should be truthful in all your answers so as not to complicate matters.

Actually, my sister-in-law did not answer correctly the questions asked about me either but see, we received our LOA already. I guess what is left for you to do is just pray and hope that everything will be okay. Miracle happens, just have faith.

Would advise you send in the COE to them. It cost you nothing now, just an email with your file number stated in the subject and your signature in the body of the email.

Hi All,

My sponser too had a sent a mail to MPNP asking about the status of our application. He had got a reply stating our application status is been sent to our communication address. Has any one had an idea onwhat exactly application status means. Can it be LOA or some news which we do not like to hear, however, they did not called us or the sponser.

It means they have sent their decision to ur address .. Hopefully it will be the approval not the rejection letter for u .. keep ur fingers crossed and just pray to god .. ALL THE BEST
