Moving With Relatives Under Student Visa

I'm a British Citizen and I am 15 turning 16
I have family who immigrated to Canada in July 2006
My Aunt,Uncle and Two Cousins
I would like to get a better education and stay in school as I have finished school in England.
Would I be able to get a Student Visa and live with them or Get on there paperwork???
I have a Mum and Dad in England but they think I can make something of myself over there, they went through the immigration process but unfortuantly it didn't work for them, So basically i need to no can I move with my other Relatives

by the way, education in UK(england) is better than canada.
