Moving to Montreal, Quebec

Hi Team,

I got my COPR and POE is Toronto, Ontario. I need help on following questions:

1) Can I move to Montreal after completing POE formalities in Toronto? I'm trying my luck for internal mobility, the main challenge I'm facing is that my employer's office is in Montreal and POE place is Toronto.
2) If the answer to first query is negative, then does it mean in no case I can move to Montreal?
3) What if I stay for 1-2 months in Toronto to get my PR card and then move to Montreal?

Request urgent help.....

Basically answer to 1 is yes. Just don't do your initially landing in Montreal.
