Sure - you may be able to move to Canada.
There are really two main ways you can do this. If you can find an employer in Canada who is willing to give you a full time job and who is also able to obtain an approved LMIA (permission to hire a foreign worker), then you can apply for a temporary work permit that will allow you to move to Canada to work temporarily. Note that finding an employer willing to go through this process is typically very difficult.
Alterntatively you can apply to immigrate to Canada (if you qualify). To determine if you qualify to immigrate to Canada, you will have to spend time reading through Canada's immigration programs in detail to understand what the requirements are and if you can apply now. You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp. I suspect you'll likely find it difficult to qualify to immigrate without a degree or permanent job offer in Canada.
