Moving To Canada

My sister is married to a guy in Canada
I'm 15 years old
I want to move to Canada..
Can my sister help me in getting the PR?
I can do it after 18 also?
what are the procedures and how can I get a PR

She can only sponsor you now if you are an orphan (both of your parents are deceased).

Otherwise you would have to qualify to immigrate on your own (e.g. as a skilled worker).
