Moving to another province

Suppose i apply to oinp masters stream and get the nomination from the province.

Can i then move to another province while applying and waiting for the pr from federal govt ?

No. When you apply to OINP masters stream, one of the major requirement is to show intention to live and work in Ontario. If you move right after you get nomination, what sort of proof will you provide if OINP finds out you don't have any intention to live and work in Ontario?

So I'd suggest don't apply to OINP if you don't want to live in Ontario.
