moving to another province

I got permanent residence through BC PNP. I had some questions in my mind and i’m little confuse about the truth.
1:- After P.R through BC PNP can move to another province if i’m getting better opportunity?
2:- would be any problem in future if i apply for citizenship?
3:- would be any problem if i sponsor my family?
4:- moving another proving is legal to do that?
