Hello Friends!!!

I applied to FSW 2014 under noc 2243 in November from India and yet to receive my PER. However my work permit for Malaysia was approved and I am planning to move over there in December. So, I am planning to take Relieving letter from my Existing Company and move to Malaysia and also I have to find a new job in Malaysia. My queries were about my current Canada FSW Processing.

1) I am quitting my job and moving to Malaysia and has to find a new job where I might be jobless for few months does it effect my application?
2) Does moving out from Country of application effects my application process?
3) Do I need to intimate CIC about this?

Please answer my queries. Thank you

For Address change u need to inform CIC
If you change your Job that doesn't going to cost any issue, You can inform CIC about your new job and new location via a cover letter.

if you have UCI number then you can notify via ECAS or you can also notify about address change via Case Specific Inquiry

What if I don't find a job for a Long Duration in my NOC over there? And what if I found a job in a different field that to either Part time or Full time? What shall I do and how is to going to effect my application? Thank you!!!

As v_i_r_u_s mentioned you need to do a Case Specific Enquiry: https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx informing them of your address and employment changes.

Your application is evaluated on basis of what you submitted. If they find it was true, they will grant you the PR. No questions. Your current status of unemployment does not have any effect. (Only crimes and physical/health issues that arise after application submission can affect your application.) So do a Case Specific Enquiry and relax.
