Moving to another atlantic province

After getting pr from one atlantic province for example prince edward island can I move to other atlantic province like nova scotia and apply citizenship ? Or I have to stay in pei for 3 years to get my citizenship after getting pr

You can move anywhere after PR.

what about applying pr through provincial nominee program. They do have downside of not leaving the province for particular no of days as there pr may revoke ?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question.

Once you are a PR, you are free to move wherever you want to in Canada. There are no restrictions.

You must land in PEI but after PR you have freedom of movement. I would suggest spending a few weeks in PEI applying for jobs to ensure that there isn’t a question that you tried to resettle there as insurance.
