Is it ok that I move to QC?
Would I be able to apply for citizenship in 2015?

You can move anywhere in Canada you wish to move. As long as you meet the requirements, whatever they may be in 2015 due to the potential citizenship rules change, then yes, you can apply for citizenship. It doesn't matter where you complete your required number of days to apply, only that you complete them inside Canada.
