Hi, I'm engaged to be married. I'm from Saskatchewan and she is from Washington. I am looking for the bestbest way to move her here and so that she doesn't have to go back to states. Is this possible or are there bunch of stuff I have to go through and if so what?

You are going to have to provide a lot more information about your history together and your current circumstances. There is no "fiance" visa in Canada. You should probably read this first... http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spousal-sponsorship-t46995.0.html;msg344291#msg344291

She can come to Canada as a visitor. At the border, she should say she is visiting. She should not say she is moving here - that is not allowed. The border agent may want to see proof of her ties to the USA - such as proof she has a job, proof of her residence, proof of funds, a return ticket. Probably she will be allowed in. Once here, she can apply to extend her stay while your application is being processed.
