Moving in with pets

When I land I'll have nowhere to go. I would probably look for an AirBnB or an apartment with furniture temporarily until I find a place to rent.
My problem is that I have 2 cats and I don't think it will be easy to find a place that accepts them.
What have been the solutions employed in this case? Does anyone have suggestions, ideas or experience in this matter? Are there alternatives I'm unaware of?

Hi pplupo. We're also planning on landing with our pets (1 dog and 1 cat). We managed it via VRBO (https://www.vrbo.com). You can try to filter places that are "pet-friendly", but I suggest doing it ASAP because these spots get taken up FAST!

I'm waiting for my ITA, just made it to the pool earlier today with 445 points, so I believe I still got some time.
