MOVE TO CANADA WITH JOB OFFER

Hello Friends
My name is Shekar. I am 37 holding 11 years exp in Banking, I would like to move to Canada. I am from Bangalore India. I would like move to CANADA with Job offer in Hand. Can some one please guide me the exact procedure. We have consultancies here which are too costly.

It will be lmost impossible to secure a job in advance given employers are not willing to support a job offer when they have plenty of resideents available, even more so in banking.

Suggest you focus on the immigration programs to see if you qualify without any job offer and be aware of the many fake offers out there often put forward by agents/consultants.
