Mother's Name wrong in passport

I'm a Canadian PR holder, residing in Canada. I'm applying Visitor visa for my mom. Her name in my passport (old & new) is Jeyapalam (since 2005). In her recent passport applied based on Aadhaar & other ID cards, it is Jeyapazham. Now I am about to submit Canada visitor visa application for my mom from Canada.

Since the name mismatch is there, please suggest options.

You have to write it up yourself and according to the evidences you have. Like birth certificates, name deeds etc.
