Mother's name different in my passport and education certificate.

My mother's name was changed after her marriage. She used that new name for few years but later she decided to use her original name. So there is a mismatch in my documents.

In my birth certificate and school/college certificates, her name is Neety. But in my passport, her name is Sunita.

Note: mother legal name on her documents is Sunita.

is affidavit only required in this case for Canada express entry (PR)?
