but all my other certificates and passport, mothers first name n last name mentioned
what i have to do for applying immigration to Canada

Birth certificate is only requirement , when you are dependent child of principal applicant. Otherwise not required.

If you're the principal applicant, you won't need a birth certificate for your PR application. Good luck.

You dont need to upload your birth certificate unless you are claiming points for a relative in canada.
Even if you did, its not a big deal not having mother's last name.
