Your confusing the terms. If I understand correctly, her super visa has expired (date on the visa stamped in her passport..... not the entry stamp she received when she arrived at the POE).... and she did not apply to extend her visitor status before she left for the US. Is that the case?

If it's this situation then your mom must apply for a new one from scratch from her home country/country of residence. Super visas cannot be extended.

If your mom's super visa (stamped in her passport continues to remain valid for XX time when she attempts to return) then she could be allowed back in or allowed for a shorter length of stay or refused entry. She must have valid insurance coverage of minimum CAD 100,000 when she returns

Yes so she got Canada supervisa for 5 years but at the airport they stamped 6 months her stay here so that has expired already. so your looking at the 5 year visa right thats what counts ? and sh can be allowed back? and also will they ask proof for the insurance at the US airport when shes coming back?. thank you

If she has already visited twice earlier on the super visa, then she can expect another maximum stay of 6 months. However, it would depend on the officer she meets at the port of entry.

She could be asked to show proof of super visa insurance at the Canadian POE
