My Cousin wants to sponsor his mother from Canada. He is Canadian national. What documents she need, and what documents do my cousin need to send or to show in embassy.

Your cousin has to make an invitation with a statement that he will undertake the expenses for her travel, stay in Canada and healthcare. He has to provide the copies of his Canadian passport/Citizenship card also. For details check the above website and the respective guide for the visa office.
