Few weeks back we applied Visitor visa (TRV) to our mother-in-laws for the visit her daughter in medical emergency but unfortunately the date of birth (DOB) on passport not matching with the DOB which her daughter submitted family form while entering into canada.
Actually my mother-in-law uneducated and she doesn’t have proper DOB proof so we wrote guessing date but later mother-in-law applied passport and applied TRV visa. we did not pay attention about the DOB mismatch but today we received one letter saying that we need to provide proper explanation about this like this. For the moment i don’t get any idea what i need to do so please lead me in this situation. If anyone come across or over come this kind of problem please give some suggestions
