Mother in-law visiting visa since December 2020

Hello,
Please I need an advise on this issue below.

I applied for my mother in-law in December 2020.

I reapplied in December, 21st 2021 yet no reply from IRCC.

I also wrote them last week via webform let them know mine has passed processing day.

Same sad story.

Any advice please.

You will have to wait for a response. Where is she applying from? IRCC will not respond to webform.
