Me and my wife is PR in Canada. I am planning to apply visit visa to Canada for my mother in-law. she is from India and doesn't speak English. in the application there is a point where it asks "does the applicant speak English or French". I selected "neither of them". will this be an issue for getting Visit visa to Canada ?
