My parents had recieved visitor visa in 2023 and visited Canada in 2023 for 2 months. Now my mother’s visa has expired in July 2025 die to passport expiry. So we are applying for new visa. When we had applied the first time, both my parents visa was applied in same account as group in my father’s name. Can my mother’s application be raised with the same ircc account or have create the application with my mother’s ircc account?
