Most Common Rejection Reasons and how to avoid them

Hello all,
I think most guys here who are applying for a study permit (like me) get worried about the common rejection reasosn and don't know exactly what to do to prevent them. Therefore if people here could share the common reasons and what kinds of documents would be the perfect answer to them it would help a great number of people prepare their applications properly.

I think some of these reasons are:
1. Didn't show sufficient funds.
2. Didn't satisfy the visa officer that you will leave Canada after the end of your authorized stay.
3.Travel history.
4. Current employment situation.
5. Purpose of visit ( most confusing because the application is for a study permit).

If you have additional reasons please state them.

It would be very great if students who were successful in their study permit applications share the documents they submitted.
