More than one PCC from India if I've lived in different states?

I'm applying in Jan and wanted to get all my documents together. When I was in India I've lived in Karnataka and Kerala.
Do I need police clearance certificate from both places? This doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere on the CIC website.

I'm currently working in Pune but the address on my passport is my hometown address! I do not have any address proof here in Pune. ??? ??? So, will it be okay if I get the PCC from either the PSK/Commissioner's office in my hometown? :'(

How long have you been living in Pune. My husband was working in HP, but for him we got the PCC from his home city in another state.

I have been living here for the past 1 year and 8 months. I have even shifted my residence here recently and plan to shift again very soon. I will have no address proof whatsoever. So, I just wanted to know if I get the PCC from the PSK that issued my passport.
