More than one job under BOWP

My BOWP is approved and I am thinking of leaving my employer.
But my employer is asking me if I can work with him on a contract basis
or as a part time employee.

Am I allowed to take up two jobs or take up a contract under BOWP?
 
Yes you can take on multiple jobs.
