Hi everyone,

We've been calling CİC caLL centre since monday and talked several differen agents, everytime when we called them thely were telling us different things and informations. Finally we got our UCİ but still can not login in to system :Sand than when we talked with them other time they told us our stuff was opened monday and in process till today at this time and almost 1 hour ago my wife talked with them and tehy told us our application need more information and they send it another letter for more information to us on monday.:S What coulld be a more information mean?We made sure with my wife everything we have and we needed to send was there before we send it off, emails,pictures,giftcards,letters from family,every single thing on the guides, skype logs,hpone card photocopies(we know itsnot valid),cover letters,our letters each other,declrations about our case,lettersfrom family member both my and my wife sides,reciept our gifts each other,our weedding invittation,250 pic(wedding,ceremony,evetns,with family,together),3 trip to where ı live in 8 months,and more detailed evidince etc... is there something could be red flug? or is there any problem with our case? ı know so many people heard this question or had the same experiences, But what they wanna do we really dont know because some people getting answer from agents their app in process butb they are getting a approaval rigth away after than phone over or some people getting something else and some another result right away. I just wanna collect the information and answer about this confusing answer from them.
