I have been waiting on IRCC Montreal for P2 since March 15. When I call them they say there is a long queue, hence the delay. But then other applications that applied later get it before me. IRCC works in mysterious ways, doesn't it?

My friend received P1 on March 11 and still waiting for P2

P1: April 19, 2024 (VO Montreal)
P2: May 10, 2024 (Had issues with brightness of my wife's photo - used an online tool to reduce brightness)

Now the wait for eCOPR begins.
