What does it say on your keyGC account?
If it says "decision made" then you need to contact them.
But if it says "in process" unfortunately you still have to wait.
It's unbelievable how long it takes !

This statement is incorrect. Receiving P1 email is an indication of decision has been made and the application has already been approved. You can refer to gsm note to verify this.
Unfortunately, Montreal office is slow for other unknown reasons.
 
I received 1st email on Nov 20 & sent details the same day. Montreal VO
Waiting for portal 2. Some other applicants - SUV program have received it within days of portal 1.
 
I see a lot of people with P1 from Nov 1 and 2 getting acces to P2...
Still waiting for P2, my P1 was on Oct 30 and they can't even say on the phone if it's in progress. I sent at least 3 times the information

Can you share from where you can see people are getting P2?

You're right, I forgot that you can only see this information by ordering gsm notes.
Sometimes people on the forum say that when the wait is too long, they call IRCC and sometimes (rarely) the agent on the phone tells them that their first email had already been sent and they hadn't received anything.
I would recommend the person to at least check that no email has been sent.

IRCC (VO Montreal) just sent me a P2 email, and I can log in to upload photos, etc.

The timeline is the next:
- Nov 2, 2023 - P1 email
- Nov 3, 2023 - replied to P1 email
- Nov 20, 2023 - sent the same reply to IRCC
- Nov 27, 2023 - P2 email

The COPR expiration date (as per tracker) is Mar 19, 2024.

While i'm waiting for portal 2, i'd like to know about the photo :
when I scan it, the photo is not perfectly sharp, well defined.
How does your photo look when you scan it ?
