Sponsoring my wife (in Canada Class)
Application submitted: March 27th.
Portal 1 email: August 25th (Montreal VO)---Replied back within hour
Portal 2: Still Waiting.....

Did any of you received an autoreply when you replied to Portal 1 email? And is it advisable to follow up or reply again to the email?

No we did not get any automatic reply of any sort, we replied same day on August 25th, and just waited. I Pray you get yours soon!
