Money Only Two Months Old but With Proof. Is IT Fine.{Urgent Help}

HI ,
I am Planning to apply for ME in Canada for September Batch. And my father is planning to add money to his account worth 5-6 lk in this month with valid source of funds. So is it Good to apply for September intake as my funds would be just 2 month old as i will apply in July.
The documents which Will support this money will be agriculture Income J forms and Money from dealer to whom we are going to sell a plot
and registration of plot would be later {in punjabi we call biyane paper.}
Ielts score 7.
So please Suggest is it good to apply for September.

As per CHC rules the bank statement must be minimum 4 months old, but if your profile is strong and you can take a chance then go with it...........

BUt my agent says that if money in your account is not 6 months old then even then you can apply...but then you should provide source of money that you added in last six months
OTherwise my father account is as.:
in january start --8 lk
in january end 20 thousand
till april 20 thousand
then now in may again we are adding 6-7 lk..

since i will be appling in july ..so bank statement will be from jan to june.....so is it good...
As we will provide source of that money.
So please Suggest what to do...I am COnfused.

I am also taking a loan from bank about 16 lk as my tuition fees is 24000 $ . SO is it alright if i apply for September intake as this money would be only 2 month old.
And also What is success rate in Spp for a college as I am btech student with 7.0 Ielts

Hi,
if your accounts reflect 6-7 lakhs for the past 4 months that's enough, you do not have to show your tution fees.
but bear in mind tuition fees for the whole academic year must be paid and receipt must be produced before applying for your visa if you intend to show only 6-7 lakhs in your account.

Also funds in my father account are not 4 months old but we can attach documents that from where money comes as we are going to add this money in this month for sep intake .and father accounts looks somewhat like this..
