Mon Projet Application Status

my file no was 7819 when i was in Que i had submited my application but fee was not paid. how i can know whether i m within 5000 or not. shud i pay fee now?
 
Guys,

I Submitted the application on 13th and Paid via CC but got message "Payment wasn't Successful"?

But amount deducted from my CC? Any email where I can raise the issue?

I have posted this question in a separate thread but got no response, so, I am posting it here also and it seems a bit active thread. My question is:

The current status of mon projet quebec after payment processing is showing as "WAITING FOR TREATMENT". what does it mean? Should I start gathering documents according to the list available on immigration website or should I wait for the PERSONALISED CHECKLIST? how much time do they take to send checklist? anybody who got his checklist ?

Do you know the time(Canadian local time) when you submitted your application. If you submitted before 12:58 p.m ?
MIDI says that all last applications , of 5000, was received on 12:58.are on safe side. If you submitted before that time, it means that you are on the safe side and dont be late to pay your fees.

Call the quebec immigration to resolve this issue
 
My girlfriend allready pay and still on "traitement du payment", anyone with the same situation?

If you receive opening your file then, please read carefully the last few lines of that massage.

The massage has clearly been informed that you will need a certain time before receiving a new communication from us by email.

So please, wait until their next email.
If you do not receive opening the file, you can communicate with them
