Hey there, I live in montreal and have my pgwp. Atemporary resident visa also of course. I came on a vacation to my country and will go back to montreal in two months. I want to apply for the csq(mon project) online before going to montreal so as to save two months. Is it possible to apply from my country online or i must be in montreal while applying online ?
