Mom's got MS, can I ask for her residency

I became a canadian citizen, I am a language teacher.

I have a job in Canada.

My mom lives in Mexico and she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 10 years ago.

She's got her treatment and medicine all covered by her former job in Mexico (retired now) she is okay and fully functional.

I want to be able to take care of her,
Would I have any problems if I ask for her to become a resident?

Yes she will likely be medically inadmissible.

Agreed with the above. You can certainly try - however with an MS diagnosis there's a very high chance she will be refused based on her medical.
