what does the following sentence exactly means???
:::::: financial documents submitted do not demonstrate sufficient proof of PAs financial establishment/funds. PA has insufficient proof of funds::::
Does it mean that the money was not enough in my sponsor/uncle account OR i did not submitted my personal bank statemnt?? Plz deeply think and tell me the exact meaning???????

First thing bank statement or sponsorship from uncle is not preferred and this is the main reason behind this ...so submit ur own statement or parents or siblings ....

I suppose this excerpt was taken from caip notes. what was a general wording of your refusal on ur refusal letter. was it the only refusal reason?

it simply means that your source of sponsorship/finance is weak and you need to demonstrate better proof of your source of sponsorship.

Uncle is not your immediate family member. your case is weak in this regard. Also, you need to show other stuff as well such as property, land and financial means etc

what amount did ur uncle show? did u also show ur finance?

Thanks. My uncle showed almost 51000 dollars.
he showed tax documents,business documents etc. I also showed property worth 80000 on my name. I did not show any of my personal bank statement dollars

ok. first of all, you will need to show bank statements from the last 4 months or 6 months preferable. Bank letter that demonstrates total and average balance of your account etc

you had better stick to one sponsor. Apply by yourself and tell your uncle/xyz person if he can transfer money to your account.

having property on your name will cover your family ties which in the end it did, i suppose.

As Nomi said, either apply by yourself or let your parents do it for you.

It is something you can overcome but do not be in a rush applying for ur next try. Take ur time, prepare ur case and then apply.
