Modification of answers

Hi everyone,

I need help.
In my express entry profile, I have mentioned I have relative in Canada. Anyway I did not get any points based on that.
I got the invitation to apply.

I started doing my main PR application. Now again they are asking do I have relatives in Canada. Can I change my answer to NO?

please someone help.
