Mistakes in ecopr

Hi,
I got my e-copr recently but I see there is an error in original entry date. I reached out to ircc customer service agent. He asked me to reply to do not reply email. I replied to them but I haven't received any response yet. I have also mailed amendment form to Ottawa office but agent says that form will not work for this case. How do I make a change in my ecopr now?

In your COPR letter/email, there should be a section with instructions to report any errors or mistakes. They usually provide an email address there.

I don't see any email or instructions present in the email. It just says download ecopr from your portal and When I see in the portal it says, if there are any mistakes report to IRCC
