Mistakenly created multiple screen form for additional / dependent screen in SINP OASIS Portal.

Please help how can I remove these.

Did you find a way to remove it?!

Upload a letter of explanation for them to ignore it and that you made it my accident... I created lots of additional screens and just did that. All good.
